摘要
海藻酸钠是从海带或海藻中提取的天然多糖类化合物,是β-D-甘露糖醛酸和α-L-古洛糖醛酸按照(1→4)糖苷键连接而成的阴离子线型聚合物,具有生物相容性、可降解性、无毒、易得等特性,被广泛应用于微球、纳米粒、微丸、骨架片、漂浮给药系统、脂质体等药物传递系统的研究中。本文综述了近几年来海藻酸钠在药物制剂中应用的最新进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Sodium alginate is a natural polysaccharide polymer isolated from seaweeds or algae, which is an anionic linear polysaccharide composed of (1→4) -β-D-mannuronic acid and (1→4) -α-L-guluronic acid. Being biocompatible and biodegradable, nontoxic and easily available, it is widely used in microspheres, nanoparticles, pellets, matrix tablets, floating systems and liposome drug delivery system. This review presented the latest research of sodium alginate in the past few years and the trends of sodium alginate in the pharmaceutic preparation.
