摘要
目的考察树龄对秦岭白蜡树树皮中秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素与秦皮素含量的影响。方法采用HPLC法,以Hypersil GOLD C_(18)柱为固定相,甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长340 nm,流速1 m L·min^(-1)。结果 6年生的秦岭白蜡树树皮中秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素的含量最高,其次是5年和4年生的秦岭白蜡树树皮,3年生秦岭白蜡树树皮中上述2种成分的含量最低;而秦皮素含量则相反,最高的是3年生秦岭白蜡树,5年生和6年生的秦岭白蜡树树皮中的含量则较低。结论秦岭白蜡树树皮中秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素含量随着树龄增加呈升高趋势,而秦皮素含量则相反,随着树龄增加呈降低趋势。
Objective To determine the content of aesculin, esculetin and fraxetin in barks of Fraxinus Paxi- ana Lingelsh at different tree ages by HPLC. Methods Hypersil GOLD C18 was used as the stationary phase, methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The detection wave-length was 340 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min - 1. Results The content of aesculin and esculetin in the 6-year-old barks ofFraxinus Paxiana Lingelsh was the highest, and those from 5-year-old and 4-year-old barks were lower. The above two component contents in the 3-year-old barks were the lowest. The content of fraxetin in the 3-year- old barks ofFraxinus Paxiana Lingelsh was the highest; that in the 5-year-old and 6-year-old were lower. Con- clusion The content of aesculin and esculetin in the barks of Fraxinus Paxiana increase with the age of trees. While the content of fraxetin is decrease with the age of trees.
