摘要 为研究织物对电磁波的屏蔽机制,为电磁屏蔽织物开发提供理论参考,对织物微观结构进行了建模,然后利用CST微波工作室建立了电磁屏蔽织物三维电磁仿真模型。采用有限积分法计算了在1~18 GHz波段的织物电导率、电磁波入射角、织物密度和织物层数对屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:织物电导率是影响其屏蔽效能的关键因素;屏蔽效能随织物密度和层数的改变呈非线性变化;电磁波入射角增加会引起织物表面电流密度极化效应。研究结果对电磁屏蔽织物具有较好适用性,可为设计与开发高性能电磁屏蔽织物提供理论参考。 In order to study the shielding mechanism of fabric, and provide theoretical guidance for the development of electromagnetic shielding fabrics. The microstructure of the fabric has been modeled, and a three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation model of the fabric was established by CST microwave studio. The finite integration technique was adopted to compute the shielding effectiveness in 1 - 18 GHz range, including different conductivities, densities and layer counts of the fabric, and different incidence angles of electromagnetic wave. The result shows that the conductivity is the key factor for the fabric. The shielding effectiveness as the fabric structure parameters change is nonlinear. The electromagnetic wave incidence angle increase would cause the polarization effect of surface current density on the fabric. This result has universal applicability, and provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the design for high- performance shielding fabrics.
