橡胶球关节电镀锌–镍合金工艺及其性能

摘要 对橡胶球关节进行电镀锌–镍合金以提高其防腐性能。对比研究了电镀锌–镍合金和电镀锌对橡胶球关节耐蚀性和粘合性能的影响。结果表明,锌–镍合金镀层(厚度8-12μm)的耐蚀性远远优于纯锌层(厚度12-24μm),中性盐雾试验1 987 h无红锈生成,电镀锌–镍合金后硫化的产品经中性盐雾试验720 h后无红锈生成。电镀锌–镍合金产品的尺寸较稳定,满足橡胶金属复合件高精度的尺寸要求。电镀锌–镍合金后,橡胶金属复合件的粘合性能变化不大,仍满足工业使用要求。 A zinc-nickel alloy was electroplated on the metal matrix of rubber universal spherical joint to improve its corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance and bondability of the rubber universal spherical joints with zinc-nickel alloy and pure zinc coatings were compared. No red rust is formed on zinc-nickel alloy coating (thickness 8-12 μm) after neutral salt spray (NSS) test for 1 987 h and it is the same case for the products prepared by zinc-nickel electroplating followed by vulcanizing alter NSS test for 720 h, showing that the zinc-nickel alloy coating has a much better corrosion resistance than the pure zinc coating (12-24μm). The size of zinc-nickel alloy-electroplated product is stable, satisfying the demand of high-precision size for rubber-metal component. The bondability of rubber-metal component is changed slightly after zinc-nickel electroplating and still meets the requirement of industrial application.
