摘要
通过滚镀铬生产线出现的9个设备故障实例的分析,说明了滚镀电镀铬生产现场电源冲击电流的实现,以及滚筒材质选择、滚筒转速控制、温度控制、镀液搅拌控制等4个方面配置不当对滚镀铬质量的影响。给出了故障处理的方法。指出了13个相关的技术措施,总结了故障的判别经验。
By analyzing nine cases of equipment failure in the production line of barrel chromium plating, the implementation of strike current and the effects of improper selection of barrel material as well as improper control of rotating speed, temperature, and bath agitation on the quality of chromium coatings were described. The treatment methods for these failures were given. Thirteen relevant technical measures to prevent similar failures were presented. The experience about failure discrimination in production was summarized.
