摘要
为了获得清晰的熔池图像,建立了对镁合金DE-GMAW熔池图像进行检测的CCD视觉传感系统。通过窄带滤光系统并选取合适的焊接工艺参数,获取了镁合金DE-GMAW清晰的熔池图像。首先采用了传统的图像处理方法处理熔池图像,发现其不能获得较理想信息。通过研究,发现运用数学形态学方法较常规方法更容易获取较为准确的熔池初始边缘,为实现该种焊接方法的过程控制奠定了基础。
In order to obtain a clear image of molten pool, the welding pool image CCD visual sensing system of magnesium alloy DE-GMAW was set up. By narrow band filter system and selecting the appropriate welding parameter, a clear welding pool image of the magnesium alloy DE-GMAW was obtained. Traditional image processing methods were firstly introduced in processing molten pool image, and it couldn′ t obtain ideal molten pool edge information. The mathematical morphology method was likely to get more accurate molten pool initialization edge than the conventional methods by studying. And it laid the foundation to realize the process control of this kind of welding method.
