摘要
为了预测和减少钢箱梁焊接变形,首先采用热弹塑性有限元法和焊缝收缩力法对T形焊接接头进行了焊接变形模拟,并对计算结果进行了分析和试验验证,证实了焊缝收缩力法的可行性;其次运用焊缝收缩力法分别研究了底板和钢箱梁的焊接变形,重点分析了焊接顺序对焊接变形的影响,优化焊接工艺,为生产实践提供了可靠的参考依据。
In order to predict and reduce welding deformation of steel box girder, the deformation simulation of Tjoint was carried out firstly based on the thermal elastic-plastic finite element method and weld contracting force method. The results were discussed properly and verified. Secondly, the experimental results were verified that it was feasible to use weld contracting force method. Welding deformation of the local and global steel box girder were studied by use of the weld contracting force method. And the effect of welding sequence on the welding deformation was also studied, the welding technology was optimized, which provided a reliable reference for production practice.
