中国博物馆理事会制度的实践与思考

The Practice and Thinking about the Council System of Museum in China

国内博物馆理事会目前有三种模式:领导任理事长模式、专家咨询模式、馆长兼理事长模式,这三种模式并没有把理事会的决策权落到实处。只有法人任领导人的机构才具有真正的决策权。结合我国的实际情况,中国博物馆理事会未来将发展成两种形态:紧密形态和松散形态。如何在现有体制下发挥理事会的作用,还需要漫长的过程来探索和实践。

There are three modes for the council of museum now: Leadership as the president of the council mode; Consulting mode; Curator as the president of the council mode. But these modes cannot realize the decision-making power of the council. Only the legal person as the leader of the agency can possess the real decision-making power. Take the actual conditions into consideration, the future of the Council of Chinese Museums will develop into two forms: close relation form and loose relation form. How to play the role of the council under the exsiting system requires a long process to explore.
