基于提高藏品利用率开放博物馆库房的探索 被引量:4

The Study of Opening Storage Based on Improving the Utilization Rate

摘要 本文切合国家提高藏品利用率,让文物活起来的号召,借鉴国外博物馆研究实践成果,指明现行博物馆开放库房的四种主要方式:库房墙面透明化、设立藏品中心、直接开放、设置学习室或研究室,究其利弊,并从各馆藏品文保要求、宗旨使命等方面,选取可行方式。明确博物馆开放库房的原因、目的主要是展示藏品管理成果以吸引捐赠,以及弥补陈列展览空间不足,提升藏品利用率;开放的意义则在于满足观众好奇心、深化公众文保意识、鼓励更好的藏品管理政策、提高藏品利用率。由此为我国博物馆开放库房指明方向:注意开放库房的观众研究及评估、藏品选择、氛围营造和藏品诠释等方面,构建公众与博物馆藏品之间的桥梁,实现公众的文化参与,提升博物馆藏品利用率。 Corresponding with the policy of improving the utilization rate of collection in order to make collection alive, I draw lessons from foreign museum research and practice. In addition, I pointed out the existing four main ways to open storage: making the wall of warehouse transparent, setting up collection center, directly opening warehouse, setting up learning rooms. The ways have their own advantages and disadvantages. I choose feasible ways according to the requirements of protecting collection and museum mission. Moreover, the purposes of opening storage are to show the achievement of the collection management to attract donations, and make up for a lack of display space to improve the utilization rate of museum collection. The meaning is to satisfy the curiosity of audience, to deepen the public's awareness of protecting collection, to encourage better collection management policy, to improve the utilization rate of museum collection. Thus, I indicate the direction for opening storage in museums of our country. Museums should pay attention to visitor research and evaluation, collection selection, atmosphere and collection interpretation, etc., to build a bridge between the public and the museum collection, in order to realize the cultural participation of public and improve the utilization rate of museum collection.
