工业博物馆中工业档案双重身份问题的思考——以唐山开滦博物馆为例

A Tentative Study on the Dual Identity of Industrial Archive-files in the Industrial Museums: Kailuan Museum in Tangshan

我国工业博物馆在建设过程中往往得到相关企业档案馆的支持,档案资料成为工业博物馆展(藏)品的一部分,具有了双重的身份。但博物馆系统与档案馆系统的管理口径不同,参照的管理制度法规不一致,使进入博物馆的工业档案(文物藏品)在博物馆的具体保护措施与管理上遇到了瓶颈:其一,档案馆档案与博物馆藏品定名的不同规范、保护的不同标准影响到博物馆资源的社会共享;其二,档案作为博物馆展(藏)品的权属问题,影响了博物馆评估定级的申请以及未来的发展。笔者对此展开讨论,以期引起同仁重视。

The construction of industrial museums in China is often supported by relative enterprise archives, and archive-files thus possess a dual identity as they become a part of the exhibits(collections) of the museums. However, museums find themselves stuck in the conservation and managment of these files(as collections), since the disparate management principle and regulations between museums and archives. Firstly, different names and conservation standards restrict resources from being shared with the public. Secondly, the proprietorship of the archive-files may affect the museums' rank of assessment and even their development. The paper discusses the above issues in hoping to raise the profession's attention.
