高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中应用以及效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨高频B超在乳腺良恶性病灶的鉴别区分中的价值。方法:2012年1月-2014年10月共有150例女性患者发现乳腺肿块到本院进行诊治,所有的患者经过了病理诊断检查后区别良性与恶性,对所有患者使用高频B超技术进行检查,观察高频B超技术对良性及恶性乳腺病变患者的诊断准确率,图像特征检出率情况、周围的血流特点及分布状况。结果:在使用高频B超诊断时,其良恶性病变诊断的准确率以及误诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。使用高频B超检查乳腺病发现,恶性乳腺病变患者病灶形状不规则、病灶的边界为毛刺状、内部出现钙化点、发现不均匀的回声、包膜残缺、明显的血流特征以及腋窝处淋巴结异常等图像性质的检出率显著高于良性乳腺病变患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性乳腺病变患者血流的最大速度和最小速度均显著的小于恶性肿瘤病变患者,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性乳腺病变患者的血流阻力指数显著高于良性病变患者,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用高频B超可以通过病灶的形态以及血流的明显程度对乳腺良恶性病变进行鉴别诊断,其在乳腺病变的早期诊断中具有极为重要的价值。 Objective: To discuss high frequency ultrasound in breast benign and malignant lesions of the value of identification to distinguish. Method: From January 2012 to October 2014, a total of 150 female patients found breast lumps in our hospital, all patients after checking the difference between benign and malignant using high frequency ultrasound technique for inspection, and were observed diagnostic accuracy, image feature detection rate situation, the characteristics, and distribution of blood flow to the surrounding. Result: When using high frequency ultrasound, in the diagnosis between benign and malignant lesions, accuracy rate and misdiagnosis rate had no obvious differences ( P〉0.05 ) . When using high-frequency ultrasound for mammary gland disease diagnosis, the detection rate of lesions irregular shape, the boundary of the lesion for burr shape, internal have calcified points and find the echo of the uneven, coated deformity, obvious characteristics and axillary lymph nodes in abnormal blood flow image properties of malignant lesions was significantly higher than that of benign breast lesions, with significant difference ( P〈0.05 ) . Minimum and the maximum blood flow speed of benign breast disease patients was significantly lower than that of malignant tumor pathological changes, with significant differences ( P〈0.05 ) . Blood flow resistance index of malignant breast lesions patient was significantly higher than that of benign lesions patient, with significant difference ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: Using high frequency ultrasound can do differential diagnosis for benign and malignant breast lesions, it in the early diagnosis of breast lesions has very important value.
