摘要
目的探讨广西防城港地区男性居民的美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)和血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平的关系。方法对广西防城港地区男性居民进行大型横断面健康调查。采用标准设计生活方式的调查问卷采集试验数据,包括NIH-CPSI总评分、社会人口学资料、生活方式等基本信息。并采集静脉血标本进行Hs-CRP检测。根据NIH-CPSI评分将参与者分为前列腺炎样症状组和正常组。结果前列腺炎样症状患病率为6.69%。血清Hs-CRP水平在前列腺炎样症状组和正常组的均值分别是(1.38±2.78)mg/L和(1.60±4.27)mg/L,差异无统计学意义。Logistic回归模型提示血清Hs-CRP水平与前列腺炎样症状的发生、NIH-CPSI评分中的疼痛评分和CPSI总评分无相关性。结论血清Hs-CRP与CPSI评分无关系。慢性前列腺炎的诊断和疗效评估应采用其它方法。
Objective To investigate the relationship between National Institute of Health Chronic Prosta- titis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI) and serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) level in Fangchengang area male residents. Methods A large cross sectional study was performed for Fangchengang area male residents. A standard questionnaire and basic data were collected including total score of NIH-CP- SI, demographic information and lifestyle risk factors. The Vein blood was drawn to measure the serum Hs- CRP level. According to the NIH-CPSI score, the participants were divided into a prostatitis-like symptoms group and a healthy group. Results According to NIH-CPSI total score, the prevalence of prostatitis-like symptoms was 6.70%. The mean values of serum Hs-CRP were (1.38±2.78) mg/L and (1. 604±4. 274) mg/L in the prostatitis-like symptom group and the healthy group respectively, and there was no statistically significant difference. By applying Logistic regression model, we found that there was no significant correlation between the serum Hs-CRP level and the incidence of prostatitis-like symptom or the pain score of NIH- CPSI. The serum Hs-CRP level and total NIH-CPSI score were not significantly correlated as well. Con- clusion There was no significant correlation between CPSI and the serum Hs-CRP level. Other methods are needed to explore to diagnose chronic prostatitis symptom and assess the treatment effect.
