超声引导下人工流产术在无痛人流患者中的应用观察

Induced abortion technique guided by ultrasound for patients with painless induced abortion

目的观察超声引导下人工流产术在妇科人流患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院妇科门诊2013年1月~2014年12月536例无计划怀孕拟行人工流产的女性,采用隐匿数字表随机法分为两组,每组268例,分别采用无痛吸引管负压吸宫术（对照组）和超声引导下无痛可视人工流产术（观察组）终止妊娠,比较两组手术相关指标包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后阴道流血时间,并记录并发症发生情况。结果观察组平均手术时间、阴道平均流血时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组并发症发生率为2.99%,对照组并发症发生率为13.06%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论超声引导下人工流产术可提高手术的安全性,减少出血、宫内组织残留等并发症。

Objective To observe the effects of ultrasoound guided induced abortion technique on gyneco-logical patients with induced abortion. Methods A total of 536 cases of unplanned pregnancies who visitedour hospital outpatient Department of Gynaecology from January 2013 to December 2014 and planned to perform artificial abortion women were selected in this study. By using hidden digital meter random all the pa- tients were divided into two groups, each group of 268 cases received painless vacuum aspiration （control group） and ultrasound guided painless visual artificial abortion （observation group） to terminate pregnancy, re- spectively. Comparison of indicators related to the operation, including operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative vaginal bleeding time was performed between the two groups, and the complications wererecorded. Results The observation group in average operation time, vaginal bleeding time was significantlyshorter than the control group, intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 2.99%, thecontrol group in the incidence of complications was 13.06%, comparison of the complication between the twogroups showed statistically significant difference （ P 〈0. 001）. Conclusion Ultrasound guided induced abor-tion can improve the safety of the procedure, reduce complications such as bleeding, intrauterine tissues residues.
