中美住院医师培训制度的比较及借鉴

Comparision of residency training system between China and Americanfor recommendation

住院医师规范化培训对于提高医疗工作的整体水平十分必要。美国经过几十年的实践,已经建立了相对完善的住院医师培训体系,而我国住院医师培训起步较晚,尚不成熟,培训制度有待完善。针对我国目前住院医师规范化培训与美国住院医师培训的差异,结合美国住院医师制度与我国现有制度的差异和运行经验提出相应的建议。

Standardizedresidency training is necessary to improve the overall level of medical work. After a long time of prac- flee, the United States has established a relatively perfect training system. However, residency training in China starts late and is not perfect. Residency Waining system in China is still need to be improved. After comparision of the residency training between China and American, the author puts forward suggestions.
