摘要 目的:探讨CBS联合PBL教学查房在培养实习护生评判性思维能力中的效果。方法:研究组采用CBS联合PBL教学查房模式,对照组采用传统教学查房模式,比较2组护生实习开始和结束时的评判性思维能力。结果:2组护生评判性思维能力总分在实习期间均呈现增强的趋势(P<0.05),但研究组增强的程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组对CBS联合PBL教学查房学习体验主观评价10条目评分均在4.3分以上且标准差小于1。结论:CBS联合PBL教学查房能有效提高护生的评判性思维能力,并受到护生的认可。 [ Objective]To study the effect of CBScombined with PBLteaching rounds onthelraJningof critical thinking ability of nursing students. [ Method] The experimental group usedCBS combined with PBL teaching mode, while the control group used the traditional mode of teaching rounds. The critical thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared before and after internship. [ Result ] Thecritical thinldng ability scoresof the two groups showed an increasing trend during the intern- ship period ( P 〈 0.05), but the expefirnentalgroup increasedmore significantlythan that control group ( P 〈 0.05). Thesubjective evaluation scores of 10 itemsabout learning experience in the control group were all above 4.3 and the standard deviation wasless than 1. E Conclusion] CBS combined with PBL teaching can effectively improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students, and has been recognized by nursing students.
