摘要
目的:探讨使用自制教具进行护生气切吸痰带教的应用效果。方法:将2013年7月至2015年4月,在神经外科实习的护生共计80人分成观察组和对照组,每组40人。对照组采用传统的教学方法带教,观察组使用自制教具带教。4周实习结束,比较2组护生气切吸痰出科考核成绩、护生对自制教具带教的评价、家属满意度。结果:观察组考核成绩明显高于对照组,护生对自制教具带教评价肯定,观察组家属满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在气切吸痰带教中应用自制教具,能提高护生的学习效率、提高家属满意度,值得在教学中推广。
[ Objective] To investigate the self-made teaching aids nursing application in tracheostomy sputum suction gas cut teaching. EMethod] From July 2013 to April 2015, a total of 80 nursing students who in neurosurgery internship were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each. Traditional teaching methods were used in the conlrol group , self - made teaching aids were used in the observation group. Four weeks later, comparison of two groups for nursing at the tra- cheostomy sputum suction examination results, valuation of nursing students on the self- made teaching aids teaching, satisfac- tion evaluation of family were measured. E Result] Compared with control group, examination results, nursing students teach positive evaluation of self- made teaching aids and family satisfaction showed that test results, evaluation, satisfaction in obser- vation group were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] Self- made teaching aids applied in the Department of neuro- surgery with tracheostomy sputum suction in teaching can improve nursing students' learning efficiency and the satisfaction of the family members of patients, so it is deserved popularizing in teaching.
