摘要
目的：探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术（PKP）治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的手术配合。方法：选取2014年1月至2015年5月在我院行PKP治疗的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者224例,给予充分的术前准备、熟练的术中配合、并发症防治。结果：所有患者顺利完成手术,术后3-5天康复出院。结论：PKP手术结合娴熟的手术配合治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折效果满意。
[ Objective] To investigate the surgical coordination of PKP for treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral com- pression fractures. [ Method] A total of 224 cases of patients withosteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures were treated by PKP. Sufficient preoperative preparation, skilled intraoperativecooperationand prevention treamaent of complications were sup- ported.[Result] All the patients underwent the operation successfully, and left hospital3 to 5 days after surgery. [ Conclusion] The effect of PKP operation combined with skillful surgical coordination for treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral com- pression fractures is satisfactory.
