海洋修井机安全通道设置探讨

Discussion on Safe Routes Setting of Offshore Workover Rig

我国对海洋石油生产设施中安全通道设置及设计尺寸的要求,在相关规范、标准及法规中均有明确规定,但对海洋修井机的安全通道设置要求却没有明确论述。列举了海上生产设施涉及的安全通道类型,主要包括逃生通道、消防通道、应急通道、操作通道以及维修通道,同时介绍了每一种通道的相关标准和规范中的设计要求。对海洋修井机装备上的井架总成系统、钻台总成系统、下底座总成系统以及附属设施中的泥浆固控系统这几个主要部位通道的设计现状,分别进行了论述,最后给出符合设备实际情况的通道设计要求,以便指导相关设计,使其既符合安全要求,又满足设备生产需要。

In China, the requirements of safe routes setting and their design sizes for offshore petroleum production facilities are explicitly stipulated in relevant codes, standards and laws, but not for offshore workover rigs. This paper enumerates the safe route types of offshore petroleum production facilities including escape route, fire fighting route, emergency route, operation route and maintenance route, introduces the design requirements of relevant codes and standard for each kind of route, and discusses the current design status of main system safe routes in offshore workover rigs, including derrick integral system, drill floor integral system, lower base integral system and mud solidification control system. Finally, it presents the design requirements of safe routes in accordance with real situation of the facilities, so as to guide relevant design.
