摘要
根据澜沧江-湄公河国际航运中长期规划和近期工程建设的需要,在对中缅243号界碑至老挝琅勃拉邦631 km河段现场踏勘和资料收集分析的基础上,对河段滩险根据河床条件及成因进行了分类,总结了航道滩险碍航特点。针对上游水库调节作用下新的来水条件以及滩险碍航特点,提出了先期进行中水整治、实现双线IV级航道尺度,后期进行枯水整治、实现单线IV级航道尺度的总体治理思路;对国际界河航道整治中可能存在的领土主权争议问题,提出了相应的对策措施。
According to the medium and long term development planning of the Laneang-Mekong internation- al navigation, the 631 km waterway from the No. 243 boundary marker to Luang Prabang was investigated by means of wild survey and data analysis. As a result, a classification of the shoals based on their formation and the bed con- ditions was carried out, and meanwhile the characteristics of the hazardous shoals were further concluded. Based on the new water-sediment conditions after the operation of the upstream reservoir as well as the present status of ob- structive characteristics of the shoals, the principles of the targeted regulation measures for the entire waterway as well as the boundary rivers were proposed.
