2014年太原市某电子厂手机组装线职业病危害现状调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的 了解太原市某电子厂手机组装线存在的职业病危害因素和采取的职业病危害防护措施,为职业病防治工作提供依据。方法 2014年太原市某电子厂手机组装线采用定点采样法对生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素浓度/强度进行检测,采用职业卫生调查法和检查表法对其生产过程、职业病危害防护措施、职业卫生管理等进行调查、分析与评价。结果苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、环己烷、乙酸乙酯、正戊烷、正庚烷352个工作地点的C-STEL和342个工种的C-TWA检测合格率均为100.00%;检测的环己胺20个工作地点的C-STEL检测的合格率为75.00%,检测值范围为3.60~20.34mg/m3,10个工种C-TWA检测合格率为50.00%,检测值范围为3.60~18.80mg/m3;检测的物理因素噪声、微波、激光、高温167个工作地点和157个工种其检测合格率为100%。该企业建立了完善的职业卫生管理体系,生产工艺先进、自动化程度较高,设置了防护设施,配置了个人使用的防护用品。结论 该企业重点控制的职业病危害因素是环己胺、苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、环己烷、乙酸乙酯、正庚烷;苯系物、环己烷、乙酸乙酯、正庚烷、噪声、高温、微波、激光工作场所职业病危害防护设施有效;环己胺工作场所未设置有效的防毒设施,需增设局部通风防毒设施。 Objective , To understand the occupational hazardous factors and occupational hazard prevention measures in mobile phone assembly line of an electronic factory,so as to provide scientific basis for occupational disease prevention. Methods In, 2014 ,area sampling was used on the concentration/strength test of the occupational-disease-inductive factors in the production process. Occupational health survey and checklist were used in investigation, analysis and evaluation of production processes, occu- pational hazard prevention measures and occupational health management. Results A total of 352 working places and 342 trades were tested. The qualified rate of C-STEL and C-TWA for Benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl benzene, cyclohexane, ethyl acetate, n- pentane heRtane was 100 % respectively. The C-STEL qualified rate rate of Cyclohexylamine in 20 work stations was 75 %, the de- tection range was 3.60-20. 34 mg/m3 ;The C-TWA qualified rate of Cyclohexylamine in 10 jobs was 50 %, the detection range was 3. 60-18. 80 mg/m3 ;90 working places and 77 trades were tested. The qualified rate of C-STEL and C-TWA for noises,micro- waves, lasers, high temperature was 100 % respectively. The company has established a perfect management system of occupational health, advanced production technology, a higher degree of automation, setting prevention facilities, and equipped with personal protective equipment. Conclusion The major control focuses on occupational hazards in this corporate are cyclohexylamine, ben- zene, toluene, ethyl benzene, xylene, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate and n-heptane. Workplace occupational hazard prevention facilities are effective for benzene, cyclohexane, ethyl acetate, n-heptane, noise, high temperature, microwave and laser. No effective anti-toxin facilities are found in workplace for cyclohexylarnine. Additional local ventilation and anti-toxin facilities are needed in the work- place.
