颅内表皮样囊肿11例MRI表现

MRI findings of 11 cases intracranial epidermoid cysts

目的分析颅内表皮样囊肿的MRI表现,提高诊断的正确性。方法回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实为颅内表皮样囊肿的MRI及临床资料,并复习文献。结果 5例MRI平扫T2WI、DWI呈明显高信号,T1WI低信号,FLAIR序列上呈不均匀高信号;增强无强化。6例信号不均匀,T1WI、T2WI及FLAIR呈高信号、混杂信号,DWI呈等、低混杂信号,其中2例脂肪抑制示多发低信号;增强边缘或局部轻、中度强化。结论颅内表皮样囊肿的MRI表现多样,信号复杂,综合应用多种MRI技术可进一步提高其正确诊断率。

Objective To analyze the MRI findings of intracranial epidermoid cysts and to improve the accuracy of MRI diagnosis. Methods MRI findings and clinical data of 11 cases of intraeranial epidermoid cysts proved by pathology were retro-speetively analyzed, and literature was reviewed. Results On MRI scaning, five cases were obviously hyperintense on T2WI and DWI, hypointense on T1WI, inhomogeneous hyperintense on FLAIR, and without enhancement. On MRI scaning, six cases were inhomogeneous, hyperintense and confounding signals on T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR, iso or hypointense on DWI, and in which two cases were seen multiple low signals on fat suppression sequence; the six cases were mild to moderate enhance- ment on the edge or local of the lesions. Conclusion MR1 findings of intracranial epidermoid cysts are various, the signals are complicated. It can further improve the accuracy of diagnosis by combining multiple MRI techniques.
