Research on Economic Incentives Policies of Using the Low Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) Materials and products

在使用含挥发性有机物(以下简称VOCs)原料和产品过程中,会有大量VOCs挥发到大气环境中,严重影响大气环境质量和人体健康。本文从促进低VOCs原料和产品使用的角度,通过分析主要经济鼓励政策效应及实施现状,提出控制VOCs污染的经济鼓励政策设计要点及政策建议。

There will be a large number of VOCs evaporating into the atmosphere which seriously affecting the quality of atmospheric environment and human health, in the process of using VOCs materials and products. From the perspective of promoting using the low VOCs raw materials and products, the paper proposes some the economic incentive pohcy design points and suggestion on how to control VOCs by analyzing the effects and the implementation status of the major economic incentives policies.
