摘要
本文根据《建设项目竣工环境保护验收技术规范火力发电厂》(HJ/T 255-2006)的相关要求,针对火电厂项目建设中容易被建设单位忽视,进而影响项目竣工环保验收的问题进行了探讨。并结合环境监理实际工作经验,对上述问题的解决提出基本的思路或方法。
According to Technical guidelines for Environmental Protection in Power Plant Capital Construction project for Check and Accept Of Completed Project HJ/T255-2006, for the construction of thermal power plant is easy to be ignored, and then affect the project completion and acceptance of environmental protection. And combined with the actual work experience of environmental supervision, to solve the above problems and put forward the basic ideas or methods.
