摘要
火力发电厂施工前进行大气环境影响评价,对于改进不合理设计、提高污染排放水平具有重要意义。首先分析了环境影响预测与评价的必要性,并对大气环境影响因素进行了分析。在此基础上,研究了大气环境影响评价方法与实施过程,并通过实例进行了说明。
The necessity of environmental impact prediction and evaluation is analyzed, and the influence factors of atmospheric environment are analyzed. On this basis, the method and the implementation process of atmospheric environmental impact assessment are studied, and the examples are illustrated.
