教师表达宗教信仰自由的法律界限

Legal Limits for Teachers' Religious Expression Freedom

在特定的宗教课程中,教师应当享有充分的表达宗教信仰的自由。在一般的教学活动中,教师表达信仰的自由则受到一定限制。对于客观的宗教现象以及宗教知识的普及,教师享有表达自由;对于宗教标识的佩戴,在我国公立学校一般课程的教学活动中应当是被禁止的;对于宗教的评价,一般情况下,主观的消极价值判断是不允许的,过度的积极价值判断也是被限制的,而带着尊重的对宗教信仰的适度赞美是允许的。

In specific religious courses, teacher should have freedom of religious expression. In general teaching courses, teachers＇ religious expression freedom has been limited. For the objective religious phenomenon and religious knowledge, teacher has freedom of expression. Wearing religious identity should be prohibited in our public schools. As for the e- valuation of religion, subjective and negative judgment is not allowed, excessive positive judgment is limited, and rnoderate praise is allowed.
