热休克蛋白10和人组蛋白乙酰化酶在子宫内膜癌诊治中的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 子宫内膜癌是严重威胁妇女健康的恶性肿瘤之一.近年来,肿瘤标志物在子宫内膜癌的诊断、病情监测及评估预后等方面的研究不断深入.已有研究表明,人组蛋白乙酰化酶(hMOF)和热休克蛋白10(HSP10)与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及其生物学行为有着密切的关系.本文就子宫内膜癌中hMOF和HSP10的临床应用进行综述. Ednometrial carcinoma of uterus (EMC) is one of the malignant tumors threatening women's health seriously.In recent years,the researches of tumor makers in diagnosing EMC,monitoring condition and assessing prognosis have been investigated further.It has been shown that human males absent on the first (hMOF) and (heat shock protein 10,HSP10) are closely correlated with occurrence,development and biological behaviors of EMC.This paper reviewed the clinical applications of hMOF and HSP10 in EMC.
