试述高职院校指导青年教师的实践与思考

Practice and thinking about the guidance for young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,高职院校青年教师的数量在急剧增加,探索加强对新入职青年教师的专业(职业)指导是一项艰巨、长期、必要且意义重大的工作。本文结合笔者亲身实践,从三个方面对高职院校加强校内青年教师指导工作的必要性、青年教师指导的一般流程与核心要素以及如何改善指导工作进行了初步探讨。

In recent years, the number of young teachers in higher vocational colleges is increasing sharply. It is a difficult, long-term, necessary and significant work to explore ways to strengthening the professional （career） guidance for the new teacher. In this paper, the author discussed the main content from three aspects： the neces- sity of guiding the young teachers in higher vocational colleges, the general process and core elements of instruc- ting young teachers and how to improve the guidance.
