CoMo/HZSM-5催化剂上的烯烃芳构化反应研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用0.2 mol/L Na OH溶液对硅铝摩尔比为50、80、150的HZSM-5分子筛进行碱处理,并采用XRD、BET、NH_3-TPD和SEM等方法对其进行表征,研究了硅铝摩尔比为50、80、150的HZSM-5分子筛经碱处理制备Co-Mo/HZSM-5催化剂的烯烃芳构化反应。结果表明:碱处理后,HZSM-5分子筛具有较大的比表面积、平均孔径和介孔体积。以FCC汽油为原料时,CoMo/HZSM-5(50-0.2)在烯烃芳构化反应中烯烃转化率最高,且芳烃收率较高。在实验室自制小型固定床反应器上探究不同工艺条件下Co Mo/HZSM-5(50-0.2)催化剂对烯烃芳构化反应的影响。结果表明:反应温度为410℃,反应压力为1.0 MPa,反应空速为1.0 h-1时,Co Mo/HZSM-5(50-0.2)催化剂烯烃转化率最高,为93.5%,芳烃收率最高,为31.5%。 ZSM-5 zeolites with different SiOJA12 O3 ratios(50,80,150)are treated by 0. 2 mol/L NaOH solution. The HZSM-5 zeolites before and after alkali treatment are characterized by XRD, BET, NH3-TPD and SEM techniques. The results show that HZSM-5 (50 -0. 2 ) has larger specific surface area, pore size and mesoporous volume. Its framework is stable. With the FCC gasoline as the raw material, the aromatization reaction of olefins catalyzed by Co-Mo/ HZSM-5 which is prepared by alkali treated HZSM-5 zeolites with micro-and mesoporous is studied. The results show that the conversion of olefin over Co-Mo/HZSM-5 (50 -0. 2) is the highest and the aromatics yield is higher. The effect of process conditions on the olefin aromatization reaction over Co-Mo/HZSM-5 (50 - 0. 2) in a small fixed bed reactor is also investigated. The conversion of olefin and the aromatic yield over Co-Mo/HZSM-5 (50 -0. 2) can reach 93.5% and 31.5% ,respectively,under the following conditions:410℃ of reaction temperature, 1.0 MPa of reaction pressure and 1.0 h-1 of reaction velocity.
