摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CuO/Al_2O_3催化剂,并用CeO_2、Co_2O_3及Cr_2O_3分别对其进行了改性。利用BET及XRD对制备的催化剂进行了表征,考察了Cu O负载量、焙烧温度、CO/NO摩尔比及反应温度对Cu O/Al_2O_3催化剂催化CO还原NO反应的影响。研究结果表明,Cu O的适宜负载量为8%,焙烧温度为750℃时,催化剂的活性最高;CO与NO摩尔比为1.2时,在相同反应温度条件下,NO的脱除率较高;当其他反应条件保持不变时,反应温度越高越有利于NO的还原脱除。 CuO/Al2O3 catalyst is prepared by sol-gel method and modified with CeO2, Co2O3 and Cr2O3, respectively. The effects of CuO loading, calcination temperature, CO/NO molar ratio and the reaction temperature on catalytic reduction of NO by CO are investigated. The relationship between the catalyst structure and eatalytic performance is explored by means of surface area measurement(BET) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results indicates that with amount of CuO loading as 8 wt%, the as-prepared catalysts calcinated at 750℃can achieve the highest catalytic activity. When molar ratio of CO to NO is 1.2, higher removal rate of NO can be achieved at the same calcinations temperature. Keeping other conditions as constant, higher reaction temperature leads to higher NO removal rate.
