摘要
通过对某苯乙烯生产装置工艺凝液中杂质进行EDS元素分析及傅里叶红外光谱分析,确定了杂质的组成系苯乙烯聚合形成的混合物,分析研究了杂质的形成原因并通过采用降低油水分离器介质温度、采用乙苯多级萃取及降低汽提塔操作温度等综合措施,缓解了苯乙烯在汽提塔的聚合问题,确保了工艺凝液质量稳定并产生了较好的经济及社会效益。
The composition of impurities in the process condensate of styrene plan is analyzed by EDS elemental analysis and FTIR. Polystyrene compounds are found to be the main component of the impurities, The reasons for the impurity formation are discussed. To reduce the polymerization of styrene in the stripping tower, various measures have been undertaken, including decreasing the media temperature of oil-water separator, using multistage extraction technique with ethylbenzene as extracting agent, reducing the operation temperature of stripping tower, and so on. These measures ensure the stable condensate quality and produce good economic and social benefits.
