摘要
在总结经典创业胜任力特征及创业胜任力模型理论的基础上,本研究将创业胜任力分为特质胜任力和技能胜任力,尝试对创业胜任力模型进行重构。这对于甄别潜在创业者从而选择创业教育对象、确定创业教育内容以及方法具有指导意义。
This paper summarizes the classical theories and models of entrepreneurial competencies and tries to reconstruct the model of entrepreneurial competencies by dividing the entrepreneurial competencies into two types： quality competency and skill competency. This new model would not only help entrepreneurial educators to identify the potential entrepreneurs and select the appropriate trainning objects but also would be instructive to determine the contents and methods of entrepreneurial trainning.
