摘要
伴随着经济新常态,高校毕业生就业总量增加、结构性矛盾出现,就业工作进入于转型期。大学生职业发展教育课程作为引导和帮助学生转变就业观念、规划职业发展方向和提升就业能力的有效手段,应提升课程的内涵和质量,实现对学生的精准指导。而课程质量的提升,需教育行政管理部门、高校管理部门、课程教学机构和学生共同发挥作用来实现。
With China's new normal, the total employment of university graduates increases, and the structural contradictions appear, the employment work enters to the period of transition. As an effective means to guide and help students to change their employment ideas, plan their career development direction and promote their employment ability, College students' career development education curriculum should improve its connotation and quality, in order to implement its precise guidance for students. And the improvement of course quality need the education administrative departments, the administrative departments of colleges and teaching institutions and students work together to achieve.
