摘要
园长负责制是当前我国幼儿园普遍实施的领导制度,但在实际工作中,往往会产生诸多错位.究其原因,可能与当前多种办园体制并行、幼儿园法人与负责人权责不清、园长自身素质不高等有关.园长负责制的错位会架空园长,园长丧失办园自主权等,从而导致幼儿园失去办园活力.矫正园长负责制的错位,可从构建扁平化领导机制、进行分类管理与指导、开展园本管理、负责制与问责制并行、提升园长自身素养等方面入手.
Directors taking the major responsibility is the current kindergarten leadership system in China. In the practical work, some dislocation does take place, which could be related with the coexistence of several kindergarten systems, the vagueness in the responsibilities or duties, and the relatively poor quality of the directors. The dislocation may make the direc- tors a mere figurehead so the kindergarten may lose its vitality. Correction of the dislocation can start from the following aspects constructing flat leadership, classifying management and guidance, implementing kindergarten based management, imple- menting resDonsibilitv and accountability systems, and improving directors' overall qualities.
