Preschoolers’ Parents’ Need of Parenting Education and Strategies

摘要 本研究对南京市272名幼儿家长进行了问卷调查,对10位幼儿园教师进行了访谈,以了解3~6岁幼儿父母对亲职教育的需求情况.调查表明,3~6岁幼儿父母对亲职教育的总体需求较高;不同群体的幼儿父母对于亲职教育具体内容的需求存在显著性差异;幼儿父母对亲职教育的专业性、内容、形式和支持等有一定的要求.据此,研究者认为,当前的亲职教育除了要关注幼儿父母普遍性的需求之外,也应关注幼儿父母对亲职教育内容针对性、个性化的需求以及组织形式的适宜性和有效性. This study surveyed 272 preschoolers' parents from Nanjing by questionnaire and interviewed 10 kindergarten teachers, aiming to investigate those parents' need of parenting education. The results include that those parents generally express the strong need for parenting education; parents of different types have quite different need for specific education contents; parents require improvement on the professionalism, content, forms and supporters. Therefore, the researchers suggest that the parents' general need for parenting education should be satisfied and special attention should also be paid to the parents' individualized need and the efficiencv of the parenting education provided.
