渠村灌区综合治理与引黄补源成效初探

Effect of comprehensive treatment and water diversion from Yellow River in Qucun Irrigation District

为了改变濮阳县、清丰县、南乐县地下水水位持续下降的趋势,解决三县农业的"用水难"问题,渠村灌区自1998年以来开始分期实施综合治理与引黄补源项目,收到了良好成效。探讨总结了灌区进行综合治理与科学调配黄河水采取的方法措施,分析了补源区内由此产生的经济社会效益和变化。

In order to solve water shortage problem in three counties of Puyang, Qingfeng and Nanle and alleviate trend of continuous dropping of groundwater level, the comprehensive treatment and water diversion from Yellow River has been implemented well in Qucun Irrigation District since 1998. Studies are carried out on the measures of scientific regulation of Yellow River water and effective operation of irrigation district. Social and economic benefits generated from water source areas are also evaluated.
