面向水资源保护的九龙瀑布生态需水分析 被引量:1

摘要 生态需水是实施水资源保护的依据,依据全国水资源保护规划技术要求和瀑布保护需要,针对河道生态基流、河流水质污染自净需水、瀑布幕宽需水3方面,采用水文学法、水力学法及水质模型法等进行分析计算,推求九龙瀑布的生态需水,综合确定九龙瀑布生态需水量为年均3.51 m^3/s;结合断面实测流量结果,评价瀑布生态需水满足程度为中,为切实保护水资源、维持瀑布景观持续健康发展,对最枯月(4月)配置水量1.33 m^3/s,生态需水满足程度可达到良。通过对面向水资源保护的九龙瀑布生态需水分析,提出合理化建议,并为有关部门管理瀑布景观和保护水资源提供技术依据。 Ecological water demand is the base for water resources protection. In order to keep basic ecological flow of river course, enable self-purification of river and sustain waterfall screen width, estimation of ecological water demand of Jiulong Waterfall is conducted by means of hydrological research method, hydraulic method and water quality model, in accordance with technical requirements and needs of waterfall protection in the National Water Resources Protection Plan. It is estimated that the annual demand of ecological water of the waterfall should be 3.51m3/s so as to sustain the health of waterfall landscape. According to the actual measurement of sections, 1.33m3/s of water is needed for the driest month (April) that can basically satisfy the ecological need. Water demand analysis can be used as a technical basis for waterfall conservation.
