水生态文明城市建设的国际经验与借鉴

International experiences and lessons learned of water ecological civilization city construction

西方国家城市与水的关系中呈现出"依存—破坏分离—互动协调"的演进过程,折射了国外城市水生态文明的建设历程。通过对国外基于水要素的理想城市模式和城市水生态系统建设的分析,以及借鉴绿色生态水城、滨水开放空间、城市河道整治等国际经验,从规划、技术、政策、体制和机制等多方面对我国的水生态文明城市建设提供了借鉴和启示。

The relationship between city and water in western countries has shown an evolution process of ＂co- existence-destroyed separation-interaction＂, which reflects the history of water ecological civilization cityeonstruction. International experiences and lessons learned in water ecological civilization city construction are summarized from the respects of planning, technology, policy, system and mechanism, through analysis of ideal city model based on basic elements of water and urban ecosystem improvement as well as international practices in establishment of green eco- city, waterfront open space and river course training in cities.
