摘要 小牛血去蛋白提取物是从新鲜小牛血中提取的去蛋白小分子混合物,主要通过增强细胞对葡萄糖和氧的摄取与利用,促进能量代谢,从而改善代谢平衡。近年来,其临床应用范围不断扩大,新的观察结果和观点不断涌现,同时不良反应以及过度应用的报道逐渐增多。现将近年来小牛血去蛋白提取物临床应用的最新进展作一综述,为促进其在临床的合理应用提供参考。 Deproteinized calf blood injection is composed of small protein-free molecules extracted from fresh calf blood. The previous studies showed that it can improve metabolic balance by increasing glucose and oxygen uptake to enhance energy metabolism. In recent years, due to the expanding clinical applications of dcproteinized calf blood injection, new observation results and ideas continued to emerge. However, the reports of adverse reactions and excessive applications were also gradually increased. In order to provide reference for the promotion of reasonable clinical application, the paper reviewed the latest development in the studies on the clinical application of deproteinized calf blood injection.
