摘要
目的:测定三七药材及其配方颗粒中三七皂苷R_1、人参皂苷Rg_1和人参皂苷Rb_1的含量,并比较两者中三成分含量差异。方法:采用梯度洗脱法,乙腈为流动相A,水为流动相B;色谱柱:Sun Fire C_(18)(Waters,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:203 nm;柱温:30℃;对三七药材及其配方颗粒中三成分的含量进行测定,比较两者中三成分含量的差异。结果:配方颗粒中三成分的总量为9.214%,三七药材中三成分的总量为8.646%,两者中三成分总量一致,配方颗粒与所标示的浓缩倍数相符。结论:配方颗粒的生产工艺可靠,产品质量稳定。
Objective: To compare the contents of notoginsenoside R1 , ginsenoside RgI and ginsenoside Rb1 between Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its formula granules. Methods: An HPLC method was used with a SunFirc Cls column (250mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1 , the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm, and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-water(B) with gradient elution. An HPLC was used to determine the contents of the three ingredients between Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its formula granules, and compare the differences. Results: The total content of the three ingredients in Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its formula granules was 9. 214% and 8. 646%, respectively. The total content of the three ingredients was equivalent and the daily amount of the major components in the commercial formula granules was equivalent with that in the decoction of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma. Conclusion: The production process of the original formula granules is reliable, and the quality of formula granules of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma is stable.
