摘要
针对HX_D3型电力机车弹簧停放制动装置故障,通过分析弹停装置的气路工作原理,找到故障位置为弹停脉冲阀。根据弹停脉冲阀的工作原理确定弹停脉冲阀故障的主要原因为阀口的密封性降低及自身误动作。制定机车运行途中弹停装置故障应急措施和机车入库后库内检修改进措施,取得一定效果。
With a view to the failure in spring parking brake device of HXD3 electric locomotives, the paper finds out that the spring stop pulse valve is the fault location by analyzing the operating principle of the air passage for the spring stop device. According to the operating principle of the spring stop pulse valve, the main failure cause of the spring stop pulse valve is determined to be the lowered tightness of the valve port and its own misoperation. The paper develops the emergency measures against the failures in the spring stop device during the operation of locomotives and the measures to improve the in-depot maintenance after a locomotive is put into the depot, which have achieved certain effects.
