摘要 针对南宁铁路局客车电茶炉在运用过程中频繁出现故障的问题,从电茶炉结垢、电磁开水炉控制箱、磁控管、电磁阀、人为因素等方面分析故障原因。针对电茶炉故障原因,实施电茶炉定期除垢、规范控制箱故障处理方法、磁控管加装防护套、增加检修项点、严格执行工艺标准、积极开展业务培训等改进措施,使电茶炉故障率明显降低。 Inview of the eleetric boihng water furnace failures that frequently occur to passenger trains as operated by the Narming Railway Bureauduring its application process, the paper analyzes the fault cause in terms of electric boiling water fumace scaling, electromagnefic water heater control box, magnetron, solenoid valvesand other human factors. Based on the fault causes relating to electric boiling water furnace, it shall implement improvement measures including regular electric boilinlg^ater furnace descaling, standardizing control box fault handling, installing protective covers to the magnetrc , increasing checking points, strict technology standard observation as well as active professianal trainings, etc., which can dramatically reduce the electric boiling water fumace failure rate.
