黑色素瘤特异性抗原在肿瘤中的表达及其对免疫治疗的作用

摘要 黑色素瘤特异性抗原(preferentially expressed antigen of melanoma,PRAME)是肿瘤睾丸抗原家族的一员,最初在黑色素瘤患者中被发现,是一种能够被细胞毒性T淋巴细胞特异性识别并引起肿瘤溶解的表面抗原[1],其表达可受调控区域的甲基化调节[2]。
