颈椎病变和缺血性脑血管病相关学说的创立与实践

Establishment and Practice of Theory of Cervical Pathological Changes Related with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

笔者在进行脑中风医疗实践和开展脊柱疾病防治的研究中发现,颈椎疾病与缺血性脑血管病有着密切的联系,由此创立了"颈椎病变与缺血性脑血管病相关学说"。本文将从中西医两个角度阐述二者之间的生理病理联系,并提出以"三步针罐疗法"为缺血性脑血管病的重要治疗途径之一,对缺血性脑中风的治疗与康复有着深刻的临床意义和广泛的社会效应。

The author has established the theory of cervical pathological changes related with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, which comes from the finding that cervical osteoarthritis has close relation with ischemic cerebrovascular disease during the study for treating cerebral stroke patients and preventing and controlling spinal diseases. The paper explains physiopathologieal correlation between cervical osteoarthritis and isehemie cerebrovaseular disease from Chinese and western medicines, and it also puts forward three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy as one of the important treat- ment methods of ischemie eerebrovascular disease, and it has significantly clinical effect and wide social effect for treatment and rehabilitation of ischemic cerebral stroke.
