解脲支原体及巨细胞病毒感染对男性不育患者精液质量及精子DNA完整性的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Cytomegalovirus Infections on the Quality and DNA Integrity of Sperms in Patients with Masculine Sterility

摘要 目的研究解脲支原体(UU)和巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染对男性不育患者精液质量及精子DNA完整性的影响。方法收集2012年1月—2014年12月于解放军202医院就诊的427例男性不育患者(男性不育组)及87例健康男性(正常对照组)的精液,根据UU和CMV感染情况进行分组,并行精液常规、精子形态、DNA完整性[以DNA碎片化指数(DFI)表示]等检测。结果与正常对照组相比,男性不育组精子存活率、精子活力参数、精子正常形态率、精子DNA完整性显著降低(P<0.05);UU或CMV感染组精子存活率、精子活力参数、精子正常形态率、精子DNA完整性较无UU和CMV感染组降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中UU和CMV联合感染组降低得更为显著。结论UU合并CMV感染与男性不育的发生关系密切,积极预防和治疗UU、CMV感染对防治男性不育症有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and eytomegalovirus (CMV) infections on quality and DNA integrity of sperms in patients with masculine sterility (MS). Methods Sperms of 427 MS patients (MS group) and 87 healthy controls (control group) during January 2012 and December 2014 were collected, and then were divided according to the UU and CMV infection conditions. The tests of routine semen, semen mor- phous and DNA integrity [ showing by DNA fragmentation index (DFI) I were detected in all sperms. Results Com- pared with those in control group, the survival rate, motility index, rate of normal morphous and DNA integrity of sperms were significantly decreased in MS group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; compared with those in UU or CMV infection groups, the survival rate, motility index, rate of normal morphous and DNA integrity of sperms were decreased in non UU or CMV infection group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) , and the decreased values were most obvious in UU combined with CMV infection group. Conclusion UU combined with CMV infection closely relates to the occurrence of male infertility, and therefore active prevention and treatment of male infertility is significant in preventing and treating UU and CMV infection.
