红茂草中氨基酸组分及矿物质元素含量的测定 被引量:2

摘要 以我国西部地区特色野生药用植物红茂草为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱仪和原子吸收分光光度计测定了红茂草中氨基酸组成和矿物质元素的含量。结果表明,红茂草中至少含有17种氨基酸,其中有7种人体必需氨基酸,种类较为齐全,氨基酸总量为花>果>叶>茎>根>荚;对红茂草试样中的Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Co、Ni、Cr、Cd、As、K、Na、Ca、Mg、Li、Sr、Al、Pb、Se、Hg等19种矿物质金属元素进行了测定,发现K含量最高,Ca、Mg、Al三种含量仅次于K元素,对于单个植株K含量而言,花>茎>根>叶>豆荚>全草>果。 Using Dicranostigma leptodum, a wild medicinal plant with the characteristic from western areas in China as research object, amino acid composition and mineral element content in D. leptodum were determined by HPLC and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that there were more than 17 kinds of amino acids in D. leptodum, and seven kinds of essential amino acids. The type of amino acids was more complete. The total amino acid content in D. leptodum from high to low was flowers, fruit, leaf, stem, root and pod. The 19 kinds of mineral elements (including Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Co, Ni, Cr, Cd, As, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Li, Sr, A1, Pb, Se, Hg) in D. leptodtun were determined. The content of K element was the highest, and the content of Ca, Mg and AI were little lower than K element. The content of K element in D. leptodum from high to low was flowers, stem, root, leaf, pod, whole grass and fruit.
