电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定米香型白酒中铝含量

Determination of Al in rice-flavor Chinese liquor by ICP-AES

将1000mL米香型白酒样品浓缩至约5mL，采用微波消解处理试样，用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法（ICP—AES）测定白酒中铝含量，线性范围0～0．8mgm，相关系数R2为0．99998，方法检出限为0．002mg／C，加标回收率为98．0％～101．2％，精密度试验结果相对标准偏差（RSD，n=12）为0．057％。该方法测定精密度高、结果准确性好，适用于白酒产品的日常检验。

1 000 ml rice-flavor Chinese liquor sample was concentrated to about 5 ml, and then the liquor sample was treated by microware digestion, and the content oral in liquor was detected by ICP-AES. The results showed that the linearity range was 0-0.8 mg/L, correlation coefficient R2 was 0.999 98, the detection limit of the method was 0.002 mg/L, standard recovery rate was 98.0%-101.2%. The relative standard deviation of precision experiments was 0.057% （n=12）. Due to its high precision and good accuracy, the method was suitable for routine detection of liquor products.
