摘要
将1000mL米香型白酒样品浓缩至约5mL,采用微波消解处理试样,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定白酒中铝含量,线性范围0~0.8mgm,相关系数R2为0.99998,方法检出限为0.002mg/C,加标回收率为98.0%~101.2%,精密度试验结果相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)为0.057%。该方法测定精密度高、结果准确性好,适用于白酒产品的日常检验。
1 000 ml rice-flavor Chinese liquor sample was concentrated to about 5 ml, and then the liquor sample was treated by microware digestion, and the content oral in liquor was detected by ICP-AES. The results showed that the linearity range was 0-0.8 mg/L, correlation coefficient R2 was 0.999 98, the detection limit of the method was 0.002 mg/L, standard recovery rate was 98.0%-101.2%. The relative standard deviation of precision experiments was 0.057% (n=12). Due to its high precision and good accuracy, the method was suitable for routine detection of liquor products.
