脂多糖诱导的肿瘤坏死因子-α基因在眼附属器非霍奇金淋巴瘤的表达及意义

摘要 目的研究脂多糖诱导的肿瘤坏死因子-α(lipopolysaccharide-induced TNF-αfactor,LITAF)基因在眼附属器非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的表达,并探讨其与临床病理参数间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法对从青岛大学附属医院收集的50例眼附属器非霍奇金淋巴瘤标本和10例反应性淋巴组织增生病变组织标本中LITAF基因的表达进行检测,并分析其与眼附属器非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者临床病理参数间的关系。结果眼附属器非霍奇金淋巴瘤中LITAF基因阳性表达率显著低于反应性淋巴组织增生病变(P<0.05);LITAF基因的阳性表达率与性别、年龄、发病部位、肿瘤大小无关(均为P>0.05),与非霍奇金淋巴瘤病理分级有关(P<0.05)。结论 LITAF基因可能发挥着抑制眼附属器非霍奇金淋巴瘤的功能。 Objective To investigate the expression of lipopolysaccharide-in- duced TNF-a factor (LITAF) in non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma of ocular adnexa, and ex- plore it' s relationship with the expression level of LITAF gene and clinical pathological parameters of non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma of ocular adnexa. Methods LITAF gene ex- pression was detected from 50 cases of non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma of ocular adnexa and 10 cases of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia by immunohistochemistry method from the af- filiated hospital of Qingdao university, and the relationship between LITAF gene level and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of L1TAF gene in non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma of ocular adnexa was significantly low- er than reactive lymphoid hyperplasia tissue (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The positive expression of LITAF gene was associated with pathological stage (P 〈 0.05 ), but not associated with gender, age,location of tumor and tumor size ( all P 〉 0.05 ). Conelusion LITAF gene may play an important role in non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma of ocular adnexa.
