摘要 分析布枯叶油中挥发性成分。采用GC/MS联用技术检测。通过质谱库检索,保留指数比对,分析并确定出布枯叶油中46个成分,占布枯叶油挥发性成分的86.21%。主要成分为:胡薄荷酮(29.51%)、柠檬烯(16.50%)、异薄荷酮(10.05%)、薄荷酮(7.30%)、异胡薄荷酮(4.26%)、α-蒎烯(2.06%)、3-甲基环己酮(2.03%)、月桂烯(1.96%)、2-羟基薄荷酮(1.68%)、β-蒎烯(1.28%)和(E)-β-罗勒烯(1.25%)。通过保留时间指数来鉴别顺反同分异构体,提高了天然香原料中化合物定性的准确性,研究结果为布枯叶油产品开发和应用提供了理论依据。 To analyze the volatile components in Buchu leaf oil, The volatile components were analyzed by GC/MS. With the mass spectrometry library search, 46 compounds which account for 86.21% in the volatile components of Buchu leaf oil was identified by using reference literature and retention index. The compounds with high contents were as follow: pulegone (29.51%), limonene (16.50%), isomenthone (10.05%), menthone (7.30%), isopulegone (4.26%), alpha-pinene (2.06%), 3-methylcyclohexanone (2.03%), myrcene (1.96%), 2-hydroxymenthone (1.68%), beta-pinene (1.28%) and (E)-beta-ocimene (1.25%). The cis(trans)-isomers isomers were confirmed by using retention index, and the accuracy of compound qualitative analysis in natural flavor was improved. The established method could be used for further study of chemical constituents and Quality control of Buchu leaf oil.
