摘要
试验建立了一种利用非线性化学指纹图谱测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中掺杂豆奶粉含量的方法。先测定具有不同掺杂百分比的混合奶粉标样非线性化学指纹图谱,利用其诱导时间相对于掺杂豆奶粉含量之间的一元线性关系,通过最小二乘法,建立测定混合奶粉中掺杂豆奶粉含量的校正模型;然后用此模型和混合奶粉试样指纹图谱的诱导时间来计算混合奶粉中掺杂豆奶粉的含量,最后根据掺杂豆奶粉的含量来鉴别和定量评价奶粉质量。试验表明,该方法可以达到以下指标:测定值与真实值之间相关系数为0.997,RSD为0.35%~2.24%,回收率在91.25%~111.60%。方法准确度高,重现性好,操作简单,是一种切实可行的测定婴幼儿奶粉中掺杂豆奶粉含量的方法。
A nonlinear chemical fingerprint method for the determination of the contents of soybean milk powder in infant formula milk powder was developed. Firstly, the nonlinear chemical fingerprints of standard samples with different contents of soybean milk powder in infant formula milk powder were obtained, and a linear calibration model was established for a linear relationship between the inductive time and the contents of soybean milk powder in infant formula milk powder by the least square method. Then, the contents of soybean milk powder in mixed milk powder were calculated by using the calibration model and the inductive time of samples. Lastly, according to the contents of soybean milk powder in mixed milk powder, the authenticity and quality of the sample might be accurately identified and quantitatively evaluated. The results showed that, the correlation coefficient between the measured values and true values was 0.997, the RSDs were 0.35%-2.24%, and the recoveries were 91.25% -111.60%. The method had good accuracy, reproducibility and simple operation, and it was a practical and feasible method for determining the contents of soybean milk powder in infant formula milk powder.
