焙烤食品添加剂使用情况的检测及监管建议 被引量:4

Detection and Regulatory Advice for Baked Food Additive Usage

摘要 浙江地区焙烤食品的生产企业量多面广,特别是中小企业遍布城乡各地。对浙江省焙烤食品生产企业进行随机抽样,并按照国家食药总局规定要求,对其所使用食品添加剂进行了检测和判定。结果显示,焙烤食品合格率为98.6%;防腐剂、甜味剂和着色剂超标率分别为0.92%,0.23%和0.23%,说明浙江全省焙烤食品总体情况较好,个别产品存在问题。 The baked goods manufacturers in Zhejiang province widely spread and the whole number of them is large, especially SMEs locates throughout the urban and rural areas. The random samples for baked goods manufacturer in the Zhejiang region and food additives used by the factories are tested in accordance with the food requirements of China Food and Drug Administration's. The pass rate of these baked goods is 98.6%. The exceeding rates on preservatives, sweeteners and coloring agents was 0.92%, 0.23% and 0.23%, respectively, The overall situation of baked goods quality is satisfying in Zhejiang province. However, there are individual products of some problems.
